Despite the existence of many studies and references, telemedicine remains an exception in the distribution of health care services; this is due in part to insufficient communication.
There was, in particular, no compendium of information regarding telecardiology.
We thought that all key data should be gathered together in a white paper.
The white paper included the interview of specialists, the most significant studies, legal and economic considerations.
