Denise Silber
Denise Silber, an American in Paris, and former pharmaceutical manager, has been involved in eHealth since 1995, managing the creation of the first medical web sites in France and participating in the many working groups on the theme of quality and ethics on the web : AFGIS, European Commission, French Ministry of Health, HAS, HON, HSWG, Internet Healthcare Coalition, Medcertain, WHO, URAC... In 2008, Denise Silber founded AQIS, the association for the Quality of Health Internet Sites.
She also teaches at Essec Health Business School and is an associated researcher with the Institut Montaigne. A Harvard MBA, Denise is President of PharMBA.
Her articles appear in Contact Santé, Hôpitaux Magazine, Pharmaceutical Executive Europe, Sève.
Bruno Michelon
Dr. Bruno Michelon is a former Ob-Gyn Head of Department in a Paris suburban hospital. As a boardmember of the French gynecological society, he was in charge of the society’s annual scientific publications until 2005. He also wrote various software programs for obgyn hospital departments. Dr Michelon's responsibilities at Basil Strategies are both medical and technical.
Eric Boussard
Eric Boussard, Health IT engineer, did a doctorate in biomathematics and worked for the Paris hospital system, where he launched one of the first dynamic public health database web sites in France. Specialized in medical web publishing and project management, Eric Boussard completes the executive team.
